    gotta remain anonymous - sorry. I agree with your comments and opions whole-heartedly. An amazing waste of our tax money, and the idea of creating yet another governmental “force” with a full time paid staff member is ludicrous. Also - how many energy sources (trees) were killed and used up to print the drafts #1, #2, #3, Final #1, Final #2, etc. Hmmmm.
    FYI though, it is the HETF…you have some letters transposed.
